My neck feels better. My back feels better. I sleep better. My clothes fit better. The best improvement for me is my increased energy level. Before the {Combat Endurance Training}, I was exhausted at the end of each day. I had little tolerance for the silliness of my adolescent children. Now, we laugh so hard that we cry sometimes. It feels so good to laugh that hard again?
As a wife and mother, I find it hard to do things for myself instead of doing things for others. I have realized that the time I spend taking care of myself is actually a benefit to my family as well. My family realizes it too. My 12 year old daughter told me that I am more fun to be around since I started.

Golf Game Improves - Listen to This
Skeptic "Aging Athlete"
Turned True Believer
I must admit being somewhat skeptical when I first came to class,
but that was quickly removed as soon as we started. IÕm suffering
from the dreaded aging athlete syndrome, and needed something more
than the once a week golf and softball activities. I have gotten
much stronger in my upper body and feel much more flexible,
both traits that I feel are important as one gets older. I must
admit to being very sore after the first week, but after that,
I have recovered much more quicklyÉThe fact that this is something
that my wife and I can do together is great also.

Patella Femoral Syndrome Limited Melissa's ability to
exercise for 3 LONG YEARS

Combat Endurance Training
Fred, I wanted to say Thank you...I have made
vast improvements in just strength alone. But I'm also feeling
healthier. I have worked out pretty faithfully for months
without showing any real improvement, but after 5 [sessions]
with you, I made leaps ahead of where I was!
I was able to raise all my machines in my workout up 10-15 lbs,
and I'm able to maintain my aerobic workout longer. I have
patella femoral syndrome, and previously dislocated both shoulders.
I haven't been able to jump, run, or do much of anything in the way
of lifting for over 3 years. Although I still can't jump without
pain, I can now jog short distances, due to the strengthening
of the IT Band and Hip flexors through your workout.
Also, I was unable to do even a single pushup last year.
As of the beginning of class, I had made it to 10. Now, I can
do up to 75 in a class! Talk about improvement!
So again, thank you for driving me like a dog!

Doria Knocked Off 3:41 minutes
on her 2nd Half-Marathon
Combat Endurance Training has strengthened every part of my body
that I hoped it would. I enjoy running. After three weeks of
Combat Training I completed my second Half Marathon. I improved
my time by 17 SECONDS PER MILE on a course that was considerably
more difficult than the first Half Marathon that I had run. I
could feel my hip flexors for the first time since I began running
2 years ago. My abdominal and back muscles felt strong. I do more
lifting in my work than average and can feel that my arms are much
more firm and strong as well. I definitely recommend Combat
Endurance Training for anybody no matter what their level of
fitness.

NO MORE

I really appreciate the chance you gave me to participate in Combat
Endurance Training, especially since I am well past the age that you
listed in the paper. It made me realize how much I need something like
this. When I requested to be in this group, I hoped to become healthier,
live longer, lose weight and gain strength. I know I have gained
strength because each time we have a session I can do a bit more. The
scale doesn't show I have lost weight, but I don't have to lay on my bed
to zip up my freshly washed jeans anymore. Yeah!
Before your class I had started walking on a daily basis with a friend.
I didn't use to look forward to those walks, but now I do. It helps to
have someone to exercise with too. It motivates me more.

Back Problems? No More
IÕve noticed the following things:
Changes in my sleeping habits. I sleep much more soundly
Energy levels- I feel a tremendous amount of energy both physically and mentally.
My back feels stronger. IÕve had problems with my back every year but I can
honestly say that I donÕt feel it anymore.
My posture is better. I am very aware of my stomach muscles and how I am breathing
I just feel better. Could be because I am working out, could be because I am
feeling a sense of accomplishment, or it could be sweating just gets a lot of
stuff out of you. My wife says that she sees a difference in how I look and my
overall attitude.
